VCE Health & Social Care
We have been offering GNVQ and AVCE Health & Social Care courses for over six years. These venerable qualifications were phased out last year and are no longer available for new intakes of students. Instead, these qualifications have been replaced by new Applied GCSE and Applied GCE (AS/A Level) series examinations.
We started offering the Applied Health & Social Care course in 2006, using the AQA syllabus. This is offered as a two-year, full-time Advanced GCE course, with the option of taking the Advanced Subsidiary GCE exams after the first year.
